Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to address diverse mental health issues.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, aligning therapeutic goals with their unique circumstances and aspirations.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their immediate safety and emotional stability.

• Document and maintain comprehensive client records in accordance with state and federal confidentiality regulations.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a coordinated approach to client care and support.

• Stay abreast of recent developments in mental health research and practices to continuously enhance the quality of care provided.

The clients you will work with represent a wide array of backgrounds and experiences, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT in Washington State, or eligibility for licensure.

• A proven track record in providing effective counseling services to individuals, families, and groups within a therapeutic setting.

• Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate authentic connections with diverse clients and foster trust within the therapeutic relationship.

• A commitment to cultural competence and the provision of affirming care for clients from all backgrounds and life experiences.

• Outstanding communication abilities, both verbal and written, enabling collaboration with clients and colleagues alike.

• Experience working independently, while also showing the ability to thrive as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth settings is preferred to leverage technology effectively for client engagement.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Previous experience with crisis management or working with high-need clients is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The successful candidate will receive a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 115,000 – 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
