Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, employing structured diagnostic tools and personal interviews to accurately identify mental health disorders.

• Develop tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring that each client's unique goals are met.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using interactive techniques designed to promote engagement and enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, navigating high-stress situations to offer immediate assistance for clients experiencing acute mental health crises.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client records, including progress notes and treatment evaluations, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver holistic and comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of a client’s wellbeing.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) is required for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. Our organization also provides a sign-on bonus to eligible candidates.
