Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, addressing their unique emotional and mental health needs.

• Conduct initial assessments, triage care, and develop tailored intervention plans that facilitate client growth and recovery.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams by actively participating in meetings, documenting care plans, and communicating treatment options to ensure holistic care.

• Utilize your expertise to fulfill the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of a diverse patient demographic.

• Deliver case management services, coordinating with community resources and other health professionals to optimize patient care.

• Ensure timely and ethical completion of all clinical documentation in accordance with departmental standards.

• Incorporate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to enhance treatment effectiveness, aiding clients in achieving their personalized service plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve engaging with a varied client population within the outpatient setting, each facing distinct challenges and requiring different therapeutic interventions. As a licensed clinician, you will be responsible for developing empathetic therapeutic relationships that foster trust and facilitate client progress.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license in Illinois as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Be available to work between 10 to 40 hours per week, allowing for a personalized approach to your caseload.

• Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
