This position not only offers a competitive salary range of USD 86,000 to 103,000 annually but also includes a hire-on bonus for successful candidates.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Mind Elevate, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and creating customized treatment plans while providing crisis intervention as needed.

• Engaging in collaborative documentation, ensuring that all records are accurate and submitted within required timeframes to comply with regulatory standards.

• Utilizing evidence-based screening tools and methodologies to inform treatment options and enhance client outcomes.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to craft and implement positive behavior support plans for clients.

• Participating in the licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring our clinic meets full compliance with all requirements.

• Serving as a liaison between clients and additional service systems, including state agencies and community partners, to facilitate comprehensive care.

• Fostering effective communication within the clinic and with external service providers, ensuring the organization's mission is promoted across the community.

• Building and managing relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to strengthen community ties and explore potential partnerships for future growth.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant behavioral health field is required.

• An Independent LMHC License issued by the state board is mandatory.
\n
• Proficiency in maintaining clinical records and preparing progress reports.

• A strong ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team setting.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey ideas and therapeutic concepts clearly.

• Sound judgment and the capability to make independent decisions based on professional expertise.
