Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment strategies tailored to each client’s needs.

• Ensure timely completion of documentation that adheres to regulatory standards, facilitating the maintenance of accurate clinical records.

• Implement evidence-based screening tools and practices as determined by clinical guidelines and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

• Participate in developing and enforcing positive behavior support plans and actively contribute to all licensing and accreditation processes relevant to the clinic.

• Establish and maintain productive relationships with local, state, federal, and private agencies, identifying opportunities for program enhancement and partnership development.

• Engage with the community to effectively promote the organization’s mission and services, ensuring open communication lines with stakeholders.

• Attend conferences, workshops, and community meetings within your area of expertise to further professional growth and represent Mind Elevate Counseling Center.

• Perform additional relevant tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director to support clinic operations and client care.

The clients you will serve at Mind Elevate Counseling Center include individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including emotional disturbances, substance use disorders, and developmental disabilities. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required, along with an independent LMHC license issued by the state board.
