Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and evaluations to determine the needs of clients and develop appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, and families, employing various methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure holistic, coordinated care for clients, facilitating seamless integration of services.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, employing your clinical skills to de-escalate situations and ensure safety.

• Engage in community outreach activities to promote mental health awareness and decrease stigma, fostering a greater understanding of mental health issues within the community.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to build rapport and establish therapeutic relationships with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Demonstrated cultural competence to work effectively with a diverse clientele, displaying sensitivity and respect for different cultural perspectives.
