Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that may include crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and medication management plans.

• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation while adhering to regulatory standards and organizational policies.
\n
• Employ evidence-based screening tools and intervention methodologies as directed by the clinical team.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement effective positive behavior support plans for clients.
\n
• Engage in licensing and accreditation processes, actively participating in trainings and workshops to ensure compliance and quality service delivery.
\n
• Serve as a liaison between clients, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate access to resources and support services.
\n
• Ensure open and effective communication with all stakeholders to meet contract obligations and further the agency’s mission.
\n
• Establish relationships with local and state organizations to promote programs and identify potential funding sources.
\n
• Participate in professional development opportunities, including conferences and statewide meetings, to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.

• Support and promote the core values and mission of Reliant Health Center in all interactions.
\n
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client population that includes individuals dealing with mental health challenges, substance abuse issues, developmental disabilities, and brain injuries. Your approach will be client-centered, focusing on empowerment and recovery while facilitating supportive therapy to enable clients to thrive within their communities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling is a prerequisite for this role.

• Current, Independent LMHC license issued by the state of Florida.
\n
• Proficient in maintaining clinical records and generating reports as necessary for compliance.

• Excellent communication skills, allowing for the effective expression of ideas and active listening with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges annually from USD 80,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience. We also offer:
