This position is fully remote, allowing you flexibility while maintaining a structured work-life balance. You will be working Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, engaging in virtual sessions and utilizing telehealth technologies to connect with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, challenges, and treatment goals.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions that address a diverse range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders, tailored to clients across various age groups.

• Develop collaborative, client-centered treatment plans that integrate evidence-based interventions and establish measurable objectives.

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques to support clients during acute mental health crises, prioritizing their safety and well-being.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, effective coping strategies, and available community resources, facilitating a deeper understanding of their mental health journeys.

• Maintain precise and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes, in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Adhere to professional ethical guidelines and state regulations, ensuring confidentiality and informed consent in all interactions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting both your experience and qualifications.
