Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop customized therapy plans that address their individual mental health needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to assist in client healing.

• Engage with clients, encompassing individuals, families, and groups, to foster open communication and facilitate therapeutic discussions that lead to positive outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care and additional resources for clients as needed.

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities and workshops to keep abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will support a wide range of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Your work will primarily focus on outpatient care, emphasizing the importance of accessible treatment options that empower clients to achieve stability and resilience in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required for this position.

• Applicants must hold an active and unrestricted LMHC licensure in Washington State.

• Minimum of two years of experience in counseling, ideally within a clinical setting, is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
