Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to thoroughly evaluate the mental and emotional health needs of clients, as well as any concurrent substance abuse issues.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings, collaborating closely with the client and their support network.

• Provide various therapeutic services, including individual therapy sessions, group therapy facilitation, and family therapy as needed, adjusting modalities based on client needs.

• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies and electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure coordinated care.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals to elevate the quality of care provided to clients.

• Participate actively in case reviews and treatment planning meetings to discuss progress and refine care strategies.
\n
• Deliver crisis intervention services when necessary, employing effective strategies to manage acute episodes.

• Continuously update knowledge and skills by staying informed on current trends, research, and best practices in mental health and substance abuse treatment.

The patients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and face varying challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a mental health counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in providing mental health and substance abuse counseling services is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
