Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to formulate evidence-based positive behavior support plans and participate in team meetings.

• Utilize standardized screening tools as determined by clinical guidelines to evaluate client progress and adapt treatment as necessary.

• Engage with community partners, state agencies, and service systems to facilitate holistic care for clients and promote program visibility.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals coping with mental health issues, substance use disorders, and those in need of developmental support. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• Valid Independent LMHC License issued by the state board.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 105,000 per year, reflecting your experience and skills.
