Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients, identifying their unique mental health needs and developing personalized care strategies.

• Engage in one-on-one counseling sessions to assist clients in managing complex mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, major depressive disorders, PTSD, and substance use disorders.

• Lead and facilitate group therapy sessions, which may include therapeutic support groups and psychoeducational workshops that address common concerns among clients.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, establishing clear objectives and measurable outcomes tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Provide immediate support in crisis situations, performing risk assessments and coordinating emergency interventions as necessary, thus ensuring client safety and well-being.

• Maintain expertise in the mental health field through ongoing education and professional development, participating in relevant workshops, trainings, and symposia.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
