Work Environment\n

This role is performed remotely, allowing flexibility while being an integral part of our community health clinic. The work schedule is full-time, generally from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., allowing for predictable working hours that foster a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs, tailoring therapeutic approaches to their unique challenges and aspirations.

• Facilitate regular individual therapy sessions to clients of varying ages, effectively addressing conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and life adjustment issues with evidence-based practices.
\n
• Develop collaborative treatment plans that prioritize the client’s goals and apply measurable outcomes to track progress over time.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention to clients encountering immediate mental health emergencies. This includes assessing risk levels and implementing suitable safety protocols.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, coping mechanisms, and the multitude of resources available to assist them in their recovery journey.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, including documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
\n
• Uphold a high standard of ethical conduct, ensuring adherence to guidelines that govern client confidentiality and informed consent.
\n
• Exhibit cultural sensitivity in the delivery of mental health services, demonstrating awareness of and respect for clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Collaboratively engage with a team of mental health professionals to create an integrated treatment approach that enhances client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals facing a wide spectrum of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related issues, and adjustment challenges. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise to support clients from various backgrounds, promoting resilience and overall mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or an equivalent license.

• At least three years of experience in providing mental health counseling, particularly in outpatient settings.

• Demonstrated proficiency in therapeutic methods and practices tailored to an outpatient context.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
