Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, during individual sessions with clients, as well as in group settings.
\n
• Lead psychoeducational groups that address specific mental health issues, fostering community and support among participants.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other therapists to provide integrated care for clients requiring a multidisciplinary approach.

• Provide crisis intervention services and guidance during mental health emergencies, ensuring client safety and support.
\n
• Educate clients regarding their mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available to them.
\n
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and treatment in compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.
\n
• Engage proactively in weekly team meetings, case discussions, and ongoing professional development and training.
\n
• Stay informed about advancements in mental health research and therapeutic practices to continually enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with various mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. You will engage with clients from different backgrounds, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs and cultural contexts of each person you work with.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), as well as credentials as an LCSW or LPC, if applicable.
\n
• Demonstrable knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
\n
• Proven experience in conducting thorough mental health assessments and developing impactful treatment plans.
\n
• Strong skills in providing individual and group therapy to clients from diverse populations.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

• Sound decision-making abilities with a strong adherence to professional ethics and boundaries.
\n
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document client interactions and maintain accurate records efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
