Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, utilizing standardized tools to evaluate clients' psychological needs, strengths, and challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes, ensuring that each plan is tailored to address the unique needs of clients.

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy, applying various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based practices.

• Facilitate psychoeducational support groups that foster community and encourage sharing among clients facing similar mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinical professionals including psychiatrists and psychologists to coordinate holistic care strategies for complex cases.

• Respond to crisis situations by providing immediate support and de-escalation techniques during mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients about mental health disorders and empower them with information regarding treatment options and available community resources.

• Maintain thorough and accurate electronic documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular case consultations with peers, actively participating in team meetings and professional development workshops.

• Stay informed about the latest research and empirically-supported practices in mental health counseling to enhance your service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse group of clients, each presenting a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
