Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans based on initial evaluations, progress, and feedback.

• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation that complies with licensing regulations and organizational standards.

• Implement evidence-based interventions and screening tools, monitoring their effectiveness and making adjustments as necessary.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support strategies and crisis intervention plans.

• Participate actively in organizational accreditation processes and external audits, ensuring compliance and quality service delivery.

• Serve as an advocate and liaison for clients with community partners, state agencies, and service delivery systems as needed.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, conferences, and collaborative learning opportunities.

• Promote WeCare’s mission and values in all interactions, seeking to integrate community standards and expectations into therapeutic practices.

• Occasionally represent the organization at social service forums and statewide meetings to share expertise and promote initiatives.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the clinic’s overall operational success.

Qualifications\n
