Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to clients, utilizing a range of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client, conducting regular assessments to evaluate progress and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Offer sustained emotional support to clients facing diverse challenges such as trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, ensuring a safe and nurturing therapeutic environment.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions designed to foster community, support, and shared learning among clients.

• Pursue continuous professional development to expand clinical competencies, particularly in areas such as trauma-informed care, addiction recovery, and grief counseling.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
