Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging and supportive virtual therapy sessions focused on individual, couple, and family dynamics.

• Develop tailored mental health treatment plans in collaboration with clients to set, monitor, and achieve personalized goals.

• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions when necessary, providing timely support during critical moments in clients’ lives.

• Maintain accurate and detailed client records in compliance with HIPAA standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.

• Utilize telehealth software and tools to manage appointments, track client progress, and document treatment plans efficiently.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population of individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and relational difficulties. Qualifications\n

• An active and valid California LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT license.

Compensation and Benefits\n
