Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ psychological and emotional needs, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and create tailored treatment plans that align with each client's goals.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, group therapies, and family counseling utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, employing de-escalation techniques as necessary.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, including treatment plans, therapy notes, and progress assessments, while adhering to ethical and legal guidelines.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health practitioners to ensure holistic care delivery for clients.

Qualifications\n
