This position allows for a remote work setting, providing flexibility in your professional life while ensuring you maintain a supportive connection with colleagues. You will have access to a fully equipped outpatient office environment as needed, integrating modern technology and telehealth practices to facilitate patient care effectively. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to meet patients' needs and ensure continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of patients to identify specific mental health needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, creating a safe environment for patients to explore their thoughts and feelings.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops, addressing topics like stress management and coping strategies to promote community support.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other professionals to develop a comprehensive treatment protocol for each patient.

• Respond to crisis situations with timely intervention methods, ensuring patient safety and emotional support.

• Educate patients on mental health issues, treatment modalities, and community resources available for further support.

• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation, adhering to ethical and legal guidelines at all times.

• Engage in case supervision, participate in team meetings, and pursue professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
