Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms to inform clinical decision-making.

• Work closely with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs, aspirations, and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to implement effective interventions.

• Provide educational resources and support to clients and families about mood disorders, treatment avenues, and self-care techniques.

• Monitor and document clients’ progress through ongoing assessments and adjust treatment plans accordingly to maximize efficacy.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic, well-rounded care for all clients.

• Engage in continuous learning by staying updated with the latest research in mental health, particularly in mood disorders, integrating new knowledge into clinical practice.

• Ensure meticulous and confidential documentation of all client interactions and treatment strategies in compliance with laws and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
