Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and compassionate mental health assessments that address the specific challenges older adults face, ensuring the unique social, cognitive, and physical aspects of their lives are considered.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California is essential to practice.

• Demonstrated understanding of geriatric mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities that cater specifically to the elderly.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
