Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices and formulate individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting your approach based on ongoing assessments.

• Maintain up-to-date, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation, ensuring full compliance with HIPAA and other applicable regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
