Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Bright Health, you will:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to accurately diagnose and treat a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral disorders.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients, modifying care as needed to reflect their evolving needs and progress.

• Work closely within a multidisciplinary team to establish discharge plans, ensuring continuity of care and seamless transitions for clients post-treatment.

• Provide valuable referrals to community resources, mental health programs, and support groups tailored to individual patient needs.

• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, adhering strictly to the Mental Health Practice Act while striving to meet clinical program standards.

• Assist with crisis intervention and provide additional social work support as necessary, including bereavement and crisis counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your qualifications and experience.
