Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide individual therapy tailored to meet the needs of clients.

• Take the lead in developing, executing, and regularly reviewing personalized treatment plans based on evidenced-based practices.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, ensuring all records are completed within 24 hours of service.

• Engage in regular team consultations and case reviews to enhance holistic client care and ensure a multidisciplinary approach.

• Utilize virtual therapy tools proficiently and ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards in client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current independent licensure (LMFT, LCPC, LPC, LCSW) to deliver mental health services in Oregon.

• Experience and confidence in utilizing virtual therapy platforms and tools to engage clients effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of 2 years of experience as a mental health counselor is required. Candidates who have worked in remote settings or possess familiarity with outpatient care methodologies will be viewed favorably. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and techniques will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
