This position is primarily remote, providing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. However, our outpatient office in Manteca, California, serves as a supportive hub for our therapists and clients. Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status through one-on-one meetings, utilizing evidence-based evaluation tools.

  Develop customized therapeutic plans that align with clients' specific mental health challenges and goals, ensuring measurable outcomes.

  Engage in regular follow-up sessions with clients, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques—including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches—to assist them in overcoming challenges.

  Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, to provide comprehensive care and make timely referrals as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse client base ranging from children to adults experiencing various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral issues. Your expertise will help address their unique needs, guiding them toward improved mental health and stability.

Qualifications\n

  A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a regionally accredited institution.

  A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

  A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, focusing on individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
