Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients' mental health needs, allowing for the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), catered to the specific needs and circumstances of each client.

• Collaborate with clients to set measurable therapeutic goals, monitor their progress, and adjust treatment modalities as necessary throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Offer teletherapy options to clients, ensuring accessibility for those who may face transportation or mobility challenges.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of case notes and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.

• Engage actively in continuous professional development through workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge of emerging therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a broad spectrum of clients, ranging from children and adolescents to adults seeking assistance with various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
