Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance effectively. While our operational hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, we understand that patient needs may require some variability in scheduling. You will work closely with a team of professionals, including psychiatrists and other mental health practitioners, in a supportive atmosphere that encourages open communication and shared clinical insights.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine the needs and preferences of patients, facilitating the development of personalized treatment plans that prioritize their goals for recovery.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to deliver high-quality individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and peer support groups aimed at de-stigmatizing mental health issues and building a sense of belonging among participants.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive patient care and share insights that enhance treatment efficacy.

• Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring safety and support during moments of acute mental health challenges.

• Educate clients on their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to empower them throughout their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems for seamless information management.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying updated on the latest research, attending team meetings, and participating in case consultations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Virginia.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Demonstrated capability in comprehensive mental health assessments and crafting effective treatment strategies.
\n
• Proven experience in providing both individual and group therapy to a wide demographic of clients.

• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients.

• Strong ethical standards, professional judgment, and adherence to boundaries in clinical practice.

• Proficiency in using EHR systems and other relevant computer applications to maintain accurate clinical records.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of supervised clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Experience in facilitating group therapy or psychoeducational programs.

• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote counseling technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
