Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients through virtual sessions to understand their mental health status, needs, and goals.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities to address a range of mental health conditions.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions for both individual and group therapy, providing patients with practical tools and coping strategies to manage their conditions and enhance their well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, when additional support or intervention is needed, thus optimizing the comprehensive care of our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, addressing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and you will utilize culturally responsive approaches to ensure that they feel understood and respected throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in providing mental health care.
\n
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and cultural competence in therapeutic practices.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct both individual and group therapy sessions in a manner that promotes an inclusive and supportive environment.

• Great crisis intervention abilities, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate rapport with a broad spectrum of individuals.

• Proficient in the use of electronic health record systems and various computer applications relevant to clinical practice.

• A commitment to ethical standards, confidentiality, and maintaining professional boundaries.

• A strong teamwork mentality, with the capability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
