Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to develop customized treatment plans for clients, ensuring personalized care tailored to their specific needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions using various modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, among others.

• Maintain caseload documentation and clinical records in adherence to ethical standards and legal regulations to promote transparency and quality in patient care.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to ensure holistic support and comprehensive treatment plans.

• Stay current on mental health research and best practices through continuous professional development, including attending workshops and training sessions.

Your role will focus on providing counseling services to a varied client base, including individuals, couples, and families facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, with active and unrestricted licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of California.
