Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments through discussions and evaluations to effectively identify patient needs and tailor personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain precise and timely medical documentation, ensuring all records are submitted within 24 to 48 hours post-session in accordance with industry regulations and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to deliver comprehensive, holistic care to our clients.

• Commit to ongoing professional development by staying informed on new research, treatment advancements, and best practices in mental health therapy.
