Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to understand their mental health history, issues, and needs.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on the assessment findings and client collaboration.

• Document and track clients' progress toward treatment goals in a timely and accurate manner.

• Facilitate successful transitions in care by coordinating with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists and primary care physicians.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with your skills and experience.
