Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients and develop tailored treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.

• Utilize various therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and other modalities suitable for outpatient care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with state regulations and organizational standards.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Serve as a vital liaison to relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to coordinate care effectively.

• Develop and maintain strong communication channels with clients, team members, and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and support.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending conferences, participating in training, and representing Sierra Vista in community meetings.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in mental health or a related field is required.

• Possession of one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in mental health counseling.
\n
• Comprehensive knowledge of record-keeping procedures specific to mental health beneficiaries and confidentiality requirements.

• A valid driver's license, along with reliable transportation that is insured and compliant with all local regulations.

• Previous experience in outpatient settings or community mental health is highly desirable.
