This position allows for a remote working arrangement, ensuring flexibility and work-life balance. Our counselors maintain a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as needed to accommodate patient schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, emphasizing the interaction between mental well-being and medical health, to formulate precise diagnoses.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies, adapting approaches to suit the unique circumstances of each patient, including those with co-occurring disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals grappling with co-occurring psychological and medical issues. This role requires a nuanced understanding of the challenges faced by patients dealing with chronic illnesses, and the ability to customize treatment approaches that address both their mental and physical health needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
\n
• In-depth experience in dealing with the mental health needs of patients with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Proven ability to deliver integrated care within a collaborative health environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with patients and collaborating effectively with colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
