Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments utilizing solution-focused interventions to craft personalized treatment plans for clients, ensuring that care is as individualized as possible.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring approaches to meet the specific needs of clients.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, adhering to HIPAA privacy standards and best practices in documentation.

• Collaborate proactively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other team members to provide holistic care, enhancing treatment outcomes through an integrated approach.

• Participate in regular peer consultations and case review meetings to discuss complex cases and seek collaborative input, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and face a wide array of mental health challenges. As a Senior Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work closely with individuals struggling with issues such as trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and relationship difficulties. Your role will be crucial in empowering them through therapeutic interventions while fostering resilience and hope.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R), Licensed Psychoanalyst, or Psychologist in Washington state.
