This role is part of a fully remote, outpatient office setting. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for each client, utilizing evidence-based practices to formulate personalized treatment strategies that align with their specific needs and goals.

• Employ a variety of proven therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to enhance client engagement and foster personal growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, addressing a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Balance Poise Psychological Therapy offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and education.
