Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments by gathering comprehensive information concerning clients’ mental health histories, challenges, and goals.

• Develop tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions, including individual, group, and family therapy, focusing on fostering a safe environment for exploration and healing.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
\n
• Document client progress and treatment interventions accurately and promptly in line with state regulations and ethical guidelines.
\n
• Participate in case reviews and team meetings to discuss treatment strategies and share insights on best practices.

• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of ethical considerations and best practices in mental health counseling while staying informed on emerging trends and research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals and families dealing with a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your expertise and tailored approach will play a significant role in guiding clients towards resilience and recovery, fostering their personal growth and emotional stability.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong understanding of mental health issues, demonstrated through practical experience in clinical settings.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients from varied backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Attractive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
