MindPath Care Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) to join our team in Arlington, Texas. This role primarily takes place in a remote setting, allowing for both flexibility and the convenience of working from home. Our structured business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of symptoms related to mood disorders, such as depression and anxiety.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs, goals, and preferences, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.
\n
• Deliver evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address mood disorders and enhance coping strategies.

• Provide ongoing education to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment process, and effective self-care strategies.
\n
• Continuously monitor clients' progress throughout the treatment process, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
\n
• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic treatment approaches.
\n
• Stay informed on the latest research in the mental health field to apply best practices in treatment.
\n
• Maintain detailed and confidential case documentation of client sessions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to enhance clinical skills and share insights with colleagues.
\n
• Advocate for clients’ mental health needs, working towards de-stigmatization of mental health issues in the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is working with adults and adolescents experiencing mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related disorders. Our clientele is incredibly diverse, representing various backgrounds, cultures, and life experiences, which enriches the therapeutic environment and promotes mutual understanding and respect.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated expertise in empirically supported treatments for mood disorders, particularly CBT and DBT.
\n
• A solid understanding of psychopharmacology to effectively collaborate with psychiatrists and other medical professionals.
\n
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients of varied backgrounds and experiences.

• Experience working in an outpatient mental health setting.

• Proven success in achieving positive clinical outcomes for clients with mood disorders.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
