Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will play a vital role within our team by:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patients' needs, goals, and barriers, all while considering their medical history and current conditions.

• Developing and implementing customized integrated treatment plans that address both psychiatric and medical issues, integrating evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic approaches which can include cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and psychoeducation tailored to each patient’s unique situation.

• Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and other specialists, to coordinate care that aligns with patients’ comprehensive health needs.

• Providing crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies, ensuring that patients have access to necessary resources.

• Educating clients about the interplay between mental health and physical wellness, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery journey.

• Updating and maintaining confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines to safeguard patient information.

• Engaging in regular team meetings, case consults, and interdisciplinary care planning discussions to continually improve treatment approaches.

• Staying informed about advancements in mental health care, particularly in integrated treatments, to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, Psychologist, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to relate well to clients in a compassionate manner.

• Proven ability to maintain professional boundaries and uphold ethical practices when dealing with sensitive information and vulnerable populations.

• A working knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth applications.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
