Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that foster client improvement and recovery.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), assisting clients in building coping strategies and transforming their challenges into pathways toward resilience.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records in adherence to HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and ethical practice while providing high-quality care.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists and psychologists, utilizing team insights to provide integrated and comprehensive client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
