Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients of varying ages, thoroughly assessing their histories to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Collaborate closely with our Clinical Director to design and implement therapeutic programs that enhance the client experience.

• Take active part in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, integrating insights from psychiatric professionals and other clinical experts for comprehensive care.

• Administer and document ongoing assessments of client progress using standard evaluation tools and therapy platforms.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of your therapeutic methods, interventions, and client feedback to continually improve your approach.

• Engage in the credentialing committee, contributing your expertise to enhance the standards of therapy delivery across our network.

• Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support the mission and vision of Inspire Counseling Center.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
