Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead dynamic sessions that encourage clients to share their experiences and foster community, learning, and emotional support.

• Conducting Individual Therapy: Offer tailored therapeutic interventions aimed at helping clients explore their thoughts and feelings, work through their challenges, and devise actionable coping strategies.

• Implementing Treatment Planning: Collaboratively develop and regularly update individualized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and aligned with clients' needs.
\n
• Monitoring Client Progress: Utilize various assessment tools to evaluate client progress, ensuring that treatment objectives are being met and modifying plans as necessary.

• Team Collaboration: Work in close coordination with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client care and outcomes, while consulting on complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on young adults aged 18 to 30, who may be facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional challenges. You will be a pivotal figure in their recovery journeys, instilling hope and facilitating healing through tailored interventions designed to resonate with their unique experiences and aspirations.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective rapport building and therapeutic relationships.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, you will have access to:
