Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) at Life Healing Counseling, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the development and implementation of behavior support plans, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to maximize patient outcomes.

• Actively participating in the licensing and accreditation processes to maintain our commitment to high-quality standards.

• Establishing and sustaining communication networks with community partners, state agencies, and other service systems to help facilitate access to resources and support.

• Engaging in continuous professional development, attending workshops, conferences, and relevant community discussions to enhance your expertise and represent the organization.

• Promoting the values and mission of Life Healing Counseling within the community, fostering new partnerships and opportunities for collaboration.

• Completing additional tasks as directed by the Clinic Director to ensure the smooth operation of clinical services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals dealing with emotional health struggles, those in recovery from substance use disorders, and clients with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Your role will involve actively facilitating their journey toward recovery and community reintegration, providing compassionate and individualized care tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
