Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations for new and existing clients, establishing rapport and trust to understand their unique concerns.

• Facilitate ongoing therapy sessions, providing individual, couples, and group support in modalities best suited to clients’ needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments, targeting specific therapeutic goals and measurable outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care and support for clients.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with clinic protocols and state regulations, ensuring that all client interactions and progress are accurately recorded.

Valence Counseling Services offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package.
