Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health symptoms and determine appropriate treatment options.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address clients' specific needs, goals, and cultural backgrounds.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques to enhance client engagement and progress.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure coordinated and holistic care for each client.

• Provide education to clients' families about mental health issues, fostering involvement and support in the treatment process.
