Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to understand clients’ mental health concerns, history, and goals, enabling you to formulate customized treatment plans.

• Design and implement personalized treatment strategies that address the specific challenges faced by each client, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, fostering an environment of support and growth, and employing established techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapies, and solution-focused therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
