Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a client caseload, establishing rapport and fostering positive, therapeutic working relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, stability, and need for additional support, facilitating timely discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans collaboratively with clients, regularly reassessing their needs and adjusting the approach as necessary.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards and state regulations.

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate incoming clients effectively, gathering relevant information to determine suitable treatment plans.

• Engage in individual supervisory meetings to discuss clinical cases, gain insight, and enhance professional skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
