Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMHC, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining a caseload of clients, establishing and fostering therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and competitive boundaries.

• Conducting regular meetings with clients to assess progress, discuss stability, and schedule follow-up appointments, including discharge planning when appropriate.

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Keeping current and comprehensive documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates for each client.
\n
• Performing initial intake assessments to evaluate the needs and challenges of new clients.
\n
• Providing individual therapy sessions each week, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.

• Engaging in individual supervision to support your ongoing professional growth and clinical skills development.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in mental health, psychology, or a related field.
\n
• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York.
\n
• Capability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements within the clinical settings.
\n
• A minimum of one year of experience working with individuals facing psychiatric disorders or substance abuse issues.

• Proficiency in conducting assessments and diagnostic evaluations, along with experience in providing individual and group therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences will enhance your candidacy:

Compensation and Benefits\n
