Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake interviews and assessments to gather psycho-social data from clients, their families, and other relevant sources, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each client's unique situation.

• Integrate the mental health recovery model into clinical practice, employing recovery principles to support clients in their therapeutic journeys.

• Develop, monitor, and adjust crisis and treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their strengths and promoting empowerment throughout the process.

• Work closely with a range of healthcare professionals to provide a multidisciplinary approach to care, ensuring that all aspects of a client’s health are addressed.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress, treatment plans, and interventions to contribute to a seamless continuum of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients with co-occurring disorders, which may include substance use issues alongside mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, or trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• Active Washington state license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

Compensation and Benefits\n
