This position is 100% remote, offering flexibility in where and how you work while still allowing you to connect with a diverse client population from the comfort of your home. You'll leverage state-of-the-art telehealth technology to conduct therapy sessions, ensuring that you can maintain a high standard of care while accommodating the busy schedules of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health conditions, and evaluate the unique needs and goals of each individual.

• Formulate individualized treatment plans that address specific mental health concerns, incorporating evidence-based practices and client feedback.

• Facilitate face-to-face and teletherapy sessions, providing compassionate, one-on-one counseling aimed at equipping clients with coping strategies and therapeutic techniques.

• Lead group therapy sessions and family workshops to foster communication and support within the client’s support system when appropriate.
\n
• Regularly monitor client progress through follow-ups and assessments, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and any modifications to therapy plans using electronic medical records (EMRs).

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, participating in case discussions and contributing to a cohesive treatment approach.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and conferences to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. Your empathetic approach combined with clinical expertise will be vital in helping clients navigate their mental health challenges and achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• A valid state license to practice as a Mental Health Counselor is essential.

• At least two years of direct experience in providing mental health counseling.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that enhance client rapport and trust.

• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment while managing client relationships independently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
